All content, media and other media and digital assets on Social Positive are copyrighted, with all rights reserved, unless otherwise specified. This encompasses all positives, websites (website positives) and other positive-enabled properties and applications, everywhere. So, you know, don't steal any of it.
Content Licenses and Contributions
Specific Contributions may have distinct Content License terms, as specified on the profile for the Contribution, in which case those license terms override this Copyright statement. However, this override applies if and only if the Contribution in question was created and administered by a person or entity with the legal right to set those Content License terms.
The Content License applies to the Contribution only, and not to:
- associated content, media or assets (including for example the header and footer of the site or positive);
- Related Contributions (e.g., images or videos); or
- Community Interactions (e.g., Tags on the Contribution), which are covered under separate license terms (see below).

Content License for Community Interactions
All Community Interactions with and/or independent of Contributions, including Comments, Answers, Discussions, and Tags are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution No Derivatives (CC BY-ND) license. These interactions can be used freely for commercial and non-commercial purposes provided they are not in any way modified and the required attribution is provided.
Nullification of Contribution and Community Interaction Licenses
Contribution and Community Interaction Content Licenses, and hence any related permissions to use a licensed Contributions or Interactions, are null and void if:
- you do not meet the stated requirements for the Content License;
- you fail to use the Contribution or Interaction only as licensed;
- you fail to provide any required attribution; or
- you are explicitly blocked from use of any and all Social Positive Contributions or Interactions for any reason whatsoever.
Use on Social Positive Properties
Social Positive reserves the right to enable automated, and sometimes manual, use of any and all Public content created in any positive in any other public Positive, without restriction (although a reasonable effort will be made to ensure SEO value is attributed to the Positive of origin). Social Positive also reserves the right to enable reuse of non-public content within non-native Positives in Positive Groups in order to facilitate information sharing and distribution within these Groups. The sole remedy for any Social Positive user who does not wish to have their content used or reused in this manner, is to remove your content from Social Positive (while it remains removable).
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing herein should be interpreted as permission to re-use any third-party's content in any manner not explicitly contemplated by this Copyright or applicable Content Licenses.
