Ride along quiet, tree-lined roads bordered by olive groves, vineyards and flower-filled fields. Experience the beauty and charm of the area made famous by Peter Mayle's "A Year in Provence." Provence offers beautiful cycling roads, excellent wines, olive oil and delicious cuisine. You’ll find there are few places as welcoming to a cyclist as this enchanting area.

We’ll ride through and stay in some of the most picturesque villages in the Vaucluse region of Provence. We’re close by to Mt. Ventoux, the “Giant of Provence,” so if you’re looking for a challenge, you won’t be disappointed! This tour is designed with one, three-night stay and one, two-night stay, giving you plenty of time to ride as much as you wish, go wine tasting, visit the villages’ weekly markets or explore nearby medieval cities. You decide how much or how little you want to ride, it's your choice!

Airport Arrival/Departure City: Marseille

Average Daily Mileage and Terrain
We’ll ride an average of 40 miles daily, along rolling hills and vineyards, but there are plenty of options for more or less riding—just ask! We’ll offer a variety of route options, along with daily non-cycling activities such as hiking, wine tasting, exploring the village or relaxing by the pool.

What Our Guests Are Saying
"There simply is no better way to enjoy riding in Europe. Gary and Lise crafted a tour that incorporated some of the most spectacular rides while staying off of the beaten path. They have a knack for finding cafés and restaurants that are as memorable as the riding itself. Floyd himself would be jealous of the support crew!”
Kevin Rinderle, Seattle, WA
